We need to get our rest physically. Our bodies need rest after working, our bodies need rest in order to heal, and children need rest for growing. We also need rest spiritually. We need to make sure that we are spending time in God's Word learning and being refreshed by it. These are the last days, and Satan will throw all he can at Christians. As many of you all know, I broke my arm back in August, since then I have had surgery, and have had several weeks of physical therapy. I have almost all of my motion back and as of right now I can lift up to two pounds. I go back to the doctor tomorrow and I'm hoping all goes well, I'm hoping that my arm has healed to the point where he will release me to do more activities.
