God gives people certain talents. I believe that He gives all people some kind of talent, something that they are good at. Now, with that talent comes a choice. You can either use that talent for yourself, which can lead to an empty feeling inside. You can choose to not use it at all. Or you can use that talent for God. You can serve God with the talent that He gave you. You can use that talent to help others. By using that talent God gave you for His glory, you are also living out your purpose. You are following what your Creator, your Maker wanted you to do. He has a wonderful plan for you, and He has already given you part of what you need in order to accomplish the goal. The rest God will give to you along the way as you study His Word, as you pray, and as you genuinely seek to serve Him. “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Ephesians 2:10 NIV.
