Just before God provided a website for us I talked about new growth and referenced how deer antlers grow back every year.  Well, I want to talk about antlers again, but for another reason.  It says of God in Psalm 139:19, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” NIV.  I’ve not read in the Bible where it says this, but I think that God Himself designs the antlers on deer every year.  I think He makes them each unique and special, so that they will point us back to Him.  I think He wants us to pay attention to His creativity and how much He cares.  I think He wants us to take notice at how careful He is with what He does and how He can literally make something extraordinary, from where nothing was.  Deer lose their antlers yearly, all that is left is where the antler was supposed to be, but from there, God will build a brand new set often times with more character than the set before it.  God can take us, when we feel like we have nothing left, and build something incredible.  He does it for the deer yearly, and He can do it for you as well if you’ll trust Him.  God Bless!
