I hope each of you were able to enjoy Thanksgiving today.  I hope you were able to be with as much family as possible, I understand that was not the case this year for many people.  I hope that you were able to have fellowship and to sit back and reflect on what all God has blessed you with.  We all have reason to praise God, we all have reason to thank God.  Each day that He gives us breath, He has given us more than we deserve.  I am thankful for how this day went, I am thankful for what God has done.  To be honest I am hopeful and eager to see what God still has in store.  I believe that God still has great plans for us while on earth. I believe we will see Him move in mighty ways.  There have already been many people getting saved, even with all that has gone on, there have been people getting saved right next to buildings that were caught on fire by looters.  I kid you not.  I believe God has things in store that are beyond our comprehension.  For me, I believe there are big things in store both to prepare me for a future career (if He should tarry and the rapture not happen yet, which I do believe it will be soon) and I believe He has things in store that will help me to grow my faith.  I believe He has plans to use me for His glory more, or at least in different ways than I would have thought.  So, even with all that has happened this year, I am thankful, and I am excited to see what God has in store for the rest of this year and next year.  I think God has big plans, but we as His Children will have to be willing to follow Him, but not just willing, our actions will have to back up what we say.  I believe God will expect more from us, but, that is a good thing, that is a great thing.  He needs to be able to rely on us to follow Him.  There have been many times in my life that He could not rely on me, that is not what I desire for the rest of my life on earth.  Whenever God calls me to act or speak, I want to follow Him, because when we obey Him, that is when we will see Him move in mighty ways more and more.  I am thankful for what I have already seen God do, and I look forward to seeing Him move even more.  Now, don’t get me wrong, it will not be easy, we will face persecution, we will be mocked for our faith, but if we will endure till the end, we will be able to show the Love of Christ to more people than if we give up.  “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 NIV.  God Bless!
