“See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands…” Isaiah 49:16 NIV. Look at the palm of your hand. God formed our hands with lines that are visible on the outside of our skin. He did this for our hand to work as it does, but more than that to remind us that He is always holding onto us and that our Maker Loves us. He has us carved into the palm of His hand. Christ also has something on His hands doesn’t He? Christ still bears the scars of the nails that went through His wrists and into the cross. Christ bore our sins upon Himself so that we could be saved from sin. He died taking our punishment and rose back to life so that we could have forgiveness from God and eternal life with Him. He Loves us so much that not even death could over power Him. How could it? Christ was innocent, yet died in our place because He Loves us so much. There is nothing or no one like Him. God Bless!
