Hunters often check the weather to figure out the best time of day to hunt, whether morning or evening.  I know we personally check the daily and hourly temperatures.  We also check the barometric pressure and try to plan when and where we want to hunt based on our findings.  We try to keep up with the signs of good days to hunt and more than that, the best time of day.  As Christians, we also pay attention to the fact we are in the last days.  Based on what Christ has spoken, we are in the latter days.  Some people like to say that we are in the last days, and some like to say we are in the final hours of harvest before the rapture of the Bride of Christ.  As hunters, we use our findings to make a plan for when and how to hunt, as Christians, since we know that we are in the last days, we need to make sure that we live out God’s plan for our lives.  We need to follow the lead of God’s Holy Spirit so that we can be good and faithful servants, sowing seed, and being there for God’s harvest.  Time is short, Christ could call His church away at any moment now, and we need to make sure that as Christians we do not waste time.  It would be bad if we got to heaven, and we were not rewarded a single crown to lay at the feet of our Savior.  It would be bad to get to heaven, and the tear our Savior wipe away from our eye be from us not living like we should and failing to obey His lead.  God has a plan for us, He has goals for us greater than those we can set for ourselves, and we need to follow them before it is too late.  God wants to use us to advance His Kingdom, we cannot just sit idly by while those around us perish.  It has been difficult to share the gospel like normal with Covid, but God has not left us without means for outreach, we need to make use of our resources and follow God’s lead until we get to our Heavenly Home.  “Whatever you do, work  heartily, as for the Lord and not for men,” Colossians 3:23.  God Bless!
